Announcement of the Passing of Reiri Miura, Our Co-Founder and Representative Director

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our Co-Founder and Representative Director, Reiri Miura, on April 18, 2026, at the age of 55.

From the earliest stages of our company’s formation, a clear vision shaped everything Reiri sought to build – “Advancing meaningful social transformation through the wellness sector”. Guided by that conviction, social impact became the foundation of both our business and investment activities. Through continuous learning, close collaboration with partners, and the support of many stakeholders, our vision of pursuing wellness equity—a society where everyone can live better— became the foundation of the company we are today. Until her final days, Reiri remained fully dedicated to leading our organization and advancing its mission.

What distinguished Reiri was not only her exceptional strategic insight, but also her unwavering commitment to understanding what truly creates meaningful change for the people ultimately served by our work. Every investment was viewed not simply as a financial decision, but as an opportunity to generate lasting social value. Equally important was her belief that knowledge gained through investing should be shared openly rather than kept within a single organization. That spirit of generosity fostered collaboration across sectors and encouraged many others to join in tackling complex societal challenges. Her genuine warmth, humanity, and her ability to take joy in the happiness of others enabled her to build trusted relationships with people from every background and profession.

Her passing leaves an immeasurable void within our organization and among all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her. Yet the vision she devoted her life to—”Advancing meaningful social transformation through the wellness sector”—continues to guide our path forward. Carrying that vision into the future is both our responsibility and our commitment. Together, our directors and all members of our organization will continue to build upon the foundation she created and pursue our mission with renewed determination.
